What's new: fixes unexpected lock-outs; new users can claim a ~name right away; send USDC and Litecoin to a ~name or email

Installs as a separate app next to 3.x — it does not replace your current wallet.
Create or restore a wallet in 4.0, then send your balances over from the old app.
Don't uninstall the old app until your balances have moved and any pending items (promises, sends, loans) have finished.
Only 4.0 can collect cash links.
Android will warn you about installing an app from the web. That's expected for apps outside the Play Store.
iPhone version coming.
