The Honest Version

Who verifies a USDC payment? In this build, the XChan desk verifies actual USDC delivery on Arbitrum and authorizes the KX release — the desk's price is disclosed before you accept, and a trade can remain pending if the desk or network is unavailable. On the roadmap: objective, node-level cryptographic verification of Arbitrum finality and USDC delivery, removing that trust assumption.

What's not enabled yet: protected Type-K funding (waits on delayed, cancellable funding), and collateralized loan features — both named on the public roadmap rather than silently promised.
